In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Shen is one of the vital substances of the body. It is the most subtle and non-material type of Qi. Most authors translate the word Shen as “spirit”; I prefer to translate Shen of the Heart as “Mind”, where our emotions are translated into thoughts, into energy.
This blend may assist with aiding and stabilising this largely mental process. It is recommended in case you are feeling irritable, frustrated or tense or in case of any kind of emotional imbalance. It contains lemon balm oil that Paracelsus (a Swiss physician, an alchemist and a philosopher of the German Renaissance) called the elixir of life. According to Hungarian folk traditions, lemon verbena and Roman chamomile have the strongest calming effects on a labile mind. They may reduce feelings of loneliness, assist you dealing with childhood traumas, and help you to rise up from the most difficult of situations, not unlike how the chamomile plant can straighten itself after being trampled upon.

100% pure & laboratory tested essential oils of: Melissa officinalis (lemon balm), Pinus ponderosa (Ponderosa pine), Chamaemelum nobile (Roman chamomile), Origanum majorana (marjoram), Lavandula angustifolia (English lavender) … and other magical plants.

A) In case of emotional disharmony, everyday stresses: apply 6 drops on your Solar plexus (your energy centre above your belly button) + massage 2-2 drops into your temples + inhale the rest of the scent from your palms 5x deeply and rhythmically, mornings and evenings. In case of a long term therapy keep 2 days of break after 5 days of use. After 3 month of use, keep 1 week of break.
B) To ensure the quality of your sleep: massage 6 drops into the Solar plexus area + massage 6-6 drops into the inner part of your ankles + inhale the scent from your palms 5x deeply and rhythmically every evening.
In case of a long term therapy keep 2 days of break after 5 days of use. After 3 month of use, keep 1 week of break.
C) In case of olfactory (inhalation) therapy to support your emotional and mental well-being: apply 2-2 drops on your wrists, rub them together and inhale the scents 7x deeply, rhythmically, 3 times per day. In case of a long term therapy keep 2 days of break after 5 days of use. After 3 month of use, keep 2 weeks of break.
