100% pure & laboratory tested essential oils of: Citrus limonum zest (lemon peel), Cedrus atlantica (cedarwood), Cupressus sempervirens (Mediterranean cypress), Cistus ladaniferus ct. pinéne (labdanum), Elettaria cardamomum (cardamom) … and other magical plants.

#Cautions

For external use only. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with eyes. If pregnant, lactating, taking medication or under doctor’s care consult a physician prior to use. Store at room temperature, away from sunlight. Possible photosensitivity: avoid sun/UV light for 8-12 hours. A skin test is recommended prior to use.

#HowToUse

A) For 28 days, mornings & evenings apply 2 drops into your palms, rub them together and inhale the scent slowly, deeply and rhythmically 7 times.
After 28 days of use, keep 1 week of break then continue the same way if needed.

B) For supporting muscle relaxation after a long day spent with gardening or doing yoga: apply 5-10 drops -depending on the size of the area- into the muscle and massage it gently for a minute. After 5 days of use, keep 2 days of break.
