I’m offering online health consultations for those of you, that are looking to improve their well-being or are curious about rediscovering their true magic. If you need help seeking out new, healthier directions within yourself and your environment, please feel free to contact.

What do I offer?

Ayurveda based holistic health consultation. Intuitive channeling, supportive guidance. In advance, via email, you will receive an Ayurvedic Dosha test to reveal your Ayurvedic constitution. During our 1 hour consultation I will be guiding you through a health and lifestyle related questionnaire. Anything you feel like sharing or naturally will come up via the session is entirely confidential. We will be discussing your counterproductive patterns, your imbalances, recent life-challenges, lifestyle and habits. According to your elemental and Doshic constitution I will be suggesting you new directions, foods, habits etc., that are easy to adopt into your everyday life. I will be observing you as a multidimensional being that you are, offering you guidance on the body-mind-soul level. I will also do some intuitive channeling, asking for angel guidance, might pull a tarot card or look into your astrology, in case you have information about it. After discussing foods, exercise, lifestyle, health history, emotional body and mind related patterns, I will suggest you specific aromatherapy solutions as well. It is up to you if you’d like to support your journey with me and with my aromatherapy products. In case you take on the journey with me, I can continue supporting and guiding you with aromatherapy as long as you need from afar.
